Each Mila Cantes piece is made with care and prepared just for you. Orders are usually ready to ship within 1–2 business days, or 2–6 business days during peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day).
We ship worldwide, with delivery times depending on your country. All orders include tracking details, sent by email once dispatched.
Choose from three shipping methods:
- Express Shipping (DHL/UPS) – fastest option, delivered straight to your door.
- Standard Tracked Shipping – registered priority mail with tracking.
Due to the permanent nature of personalization, items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, this does not affect your rights: confirmed manufacturing defects remain covered by our warranty.
